I booked this car rental for pick up at the SeaTac airport. Once I arrived, there was no rental waiting for me even though I prepaid for it. Turns out, this website booked it for the hertz in NORTHERN SEATTLE. And since my flight was delayed, I had a half an hour to get to northern seattle to pick up the car I paid for before they closed. Not to mention I had my 4 kids and husband with me. We were then stuck between a rock and a hard place, so we had to rent another car. Once trying to get a refund because of the mess up, I was told since it was after the scheduled pickup I couldn’t cancel or get my money back. We will NEVER use this website ever again. Especially for car rentals. $1000 f up.

The reservation was made for the airport location. When we got there the location was changed to the other side of town. They wanted $680 cancelation fee. They finally wave the fee and reboot at the airport location for $250 more, But not the car that I wanted. I rent cars multiple times a year this had to be the worst experience. There were also other people had the same thing happened to them

Had a reservation. Needed the truck for an appointment. Upon pickup time branch was closed. Note on door read Closed, go to another branch. What the hell. Not informed, no call no email no text. They couldn’t care less. I’ll not try renting from Hertz again, stick to Enterprise. And I say this as a Hertz shareholder.

The guys i have dealt with twice here at the counter in the last 6 months are easy going and nice.Your picking up a car and these guys deal with customers all day long so remember that when your being difficult!! If your car aint clean or something like that ok but if you rent a type then thats what you get so roll on! Small little space but again theyve done really good both times ive been.

The staff were very friendly and more than happy to work with you. Being from out of state there were some difficulties but they were instrumental in making them easy to deal and smooth.

When I was looking through the car there were fries and pringles under the seat. I do think a little more transparency about fees and processes would have been nice, however, the fault is on both sides as I did not explicitly say I was from out of state when they called to confirm.

Very friendly staff.

I reserved a small economy vehicle, which wasn’t available at time of pick up, so I was given a minivan, which isn’t much of an upgrade at all. Nonetheless, I was not charged more. The minivan was not the cleanest inside. It had less than a quarter of gas at time of pickup. Thankfully, I was not required to return with a full tank. Rental seemed expensive for a rather inefficient and ugly vehicle for my short trip.

Can you please they gave me an SUV in the middle of a winter storm warning with frozen washer fluid lines, not to mention once the lines unfroze after 4 hours of driving, I had to fill the washer fluid. That is crazy, not to mention VERY DANGEROUS!!!

Like: Easy website experience (via Costco). Kudos to the friendly staff at Avia (Kent location). Nice vehicles. Easy pickup and convenient drop box for after hours returns. Can be Better: Make it easier to find the nearby off airport options. The rental rates varied significantly between on-airport and nearby off-airport locations. Had to shop around to find the off airport rate.

The downtown location at Avis was great. When I did not realized that I booked it for downtown, I went to the airport location. The staff person there was not that helpful and seemed irritated that came to the wrong place by accident
