Rental was canceled

We were unable to rent the car due to the insurance requirements for a 12 passenger van. Should have been stated in the rental process that regular car insurance does not transfer to a 12 passenger van and only those with special insurance or license are allowed to rent this size car. Very disappointed to find this out 2 days before our event.

Car was brand new with only 6000 miles. Ready when we arrived. Simple and easy. Staff was very pleasant when discussing this with them. No issues so far.

Waiting for my gas charge to be refunded. We filled the car up before dropping it off. I called to make sure I was not being charged. I was charged and am now waiting to receive the gas credit. I am sure it will be taken care of.

I went to Congress St in Springfield, MA to pick up the car I reserved and they did not have a car for me and the guy at the desk said, "Too bad!" -After three phone calls with not much help I was told I had to travel 45 minutes to another location and they wanted to charge me $40.00 more than my initial reservation. Finally things got resolved at the Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, CT location, but I would not ever recommend Springfield Budget. Friends don't let friends rent from Budget! Avoid at all cost!!!

The rental agents at the West Springfield office were great and provided incredible service.

There was nothing wrong. The car was somewhat dirty inside and there were scratches on the outside of the car. But the agent that helped me was great and had everything filled out before I picked up the vehicle.
