The car was in good shape, friendly service.

Car wasn't ready and I had to wait to get it cleaned. Also, I expended another 90.00 for car insurance that was pushed on me last minute and they told me it would be a 500.00 deposit to not have the insurance. I was also asked to pick out a car " I liked" in person when I already chose a price package online before pickup. I waited about 45 minutes to get out with the car, and had to wait while the car inspector measured a small scratch on the bumper when I returned though I took extreme care of the car on my 48 mile 3-day rental. The car was not examined thoroughly or by the same person when I picked the car up.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I was given an upgrade from a VW Jetta to a Subaru Forester.

The final charge was $18 higher than the estimate I was given. The main difference was a $15.99 charge called an "under 75 mile flat fee." The rate I was quoted was for unlimited mileage. I will be contesting the final bill.

I had a small economy car rented for a one way from Prescott AZ to PHX. When I got there they told me that I could have a free upgrade because they needed a sports car back to PHX, We rented a Ford convertible Mustang for $55. It was so fun riding around for the day in Phoenix with the top down!!!

We showed up at this location to pick up our rental car and no one was there. They had been closed for days with a note on the door. No one from the office even bothered to call to let us know. We showed up to locked doors and had to make a last-minute car rental reservation with another company instead which was extremely pricey since it was not booked in advance.
