Incredibly long line to pickup. Cheated by a flat fee fuel charge when I showed a fuel receipt on drop off. Will not use them again.

We reserved a 3rd row seat suv. Months in advance. When we arrived they said they did not have one. When we saw that there was one out on the lot they said it was reserved for someone else. After a long wait, they said all they had was a two row vehicle and they made us take that car for the same price as the third row

I didn't realize I booked Avis offsight both for pickup and drop off. Susan was the nicest person and fixed everything for me so I could pick up and drop off on the airport grounds. I will definitely use Avis again and call Susan directly. She was great!!!
