There was poor communication. No one was available to answer the calls at The telephone number given. The pick up and drop off location closed early and was not told to me on time to make arrangements at another site. I almost miss my flight due to this issue.

I reserved a full size SUV , instead they had a Jeep wrangler in their system. Luckily the ladies were able to accommodate my needs with a minivan. I needed a 7 passenger vehicle.

The size car we paid for was unavailable so we ended up in a small car instead. And due to that it was a waste of money because we were overcharged.

I like how no one would ever take my complaint seriously. I locked the key in the car and had to find a locksmith to get it open. When I called the company, they told me the information to get local service was on the rental agreement. I explained that the rental agreement was locked in the car! To this date, I've still not heard from them.

Office closed at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday (having the office placed in a touristic location). When I went to another office (in SJU airport) they weren’t interested on offering me a solution keeping the same price but twice as much. Overall experience 0/10.

Super duper helpful guys at the desk who helped me at check-in after a very trying and long travel day full of delays with two young boys. I somehow had accidentally booked the car at a different location in the city and not at the airport, but they were extremely understanding and helpful and found me the same class of car and even pulled out a promo rate so that the price wouldn't differ much despite my error. Very grateful for their help and great service. Car was great as well.
