We experienced a flat tire on the first day. There was good communication with the customer service rep and the delivery driver to deliver the replacement tire the following day.
At the time of pickup, the pickup location differed from the original reservation. The only way I knew was that I called in advance to confirm. They made no effort to inform me of the different location of our car, so it’s a good thing I called first. Upon drop off they did not have a final receipt of charges, which I felt was very unprofessional. Additionally, we experienced a flat tire on the first day of rental and I was unable to reach anyone from the emergency or office numbers that were given. Finally contacted the main Airport number and they were able to assist.
