Cheap Car Rentals in Casablanca Mohamed V Airport from AED 36

When arrived and as instructed, I went to the pick area. A person was waiting. They have only available which it wasn’t what I was expecting and they promised to change the next day. But when putting the deposit, I’ve been told that their system will not accept my card, and I have to do cash, I didn’t have enough cash on me so I had to leave my kids in the car and went back inside the airport and got cash, then I was told that I have to pay an extra $160 because I am doing the deposit in cash, just this time they said I have to pay with cc. So I handed them the same cc they said it won’t work at first, and the transaction went through smoothly. I tried to get an explanation. But I didn’t. The next day I had to call to exchange the car, they brought me a car, very dirty inside m, the outside was all scratch rims all rusted (I have a video I can share) The ac was working as expected, wipers I had to change them myself. After sometimes my kids were really suffering specially with no ac so I’ve decided to return the car on June 26th. Because I have to drop off a member of my family at the airport that day, I returned the car at around 7:00, they had me pay again an extra $50 dollars saying I have to return it at 10 am ( don’t understand I returned it 3 hrs earlier) and of course that rental was till July 8th Very bad experience. I am seeking to be reimbursed. I can share video and receipts

I did not find the car or whatever I booked And they want to give me a different car not even a similar They accept only visa credit card No, no American Express and no Capital One Nothing happened, and I did not take the car

I strongly advise against using this car rental company. This is not a legitimate agency with a proper office; instead, you’re directed to a parking lot with all your luggage, regardless of who is with you, to collect the car in a nearly clandestine manner. The vehicle provided was old and in very poor condition. After a late arrival with my family, exhausted from our travels, I reluctantly accepted the car. However, two days later, a dashboard warning light indicated an engine injection issue, and that’s when the nightmare began. Customer service is abysmal. Each time I called on WhatsApp, a different person answered, requiring me to retell the entire story. Although Othmane and Abdessamd eventually assisted me, it only came after hours on the phone, leaving me hoarse from the repeated calls. Emergency numbers are essentially useless—often turned off or unresponsive. I was asked to go to Fes airport for an exchange, as they claimed to have an agency there. After waiting with my family for four hours in the evening, no one showed up. When the exchange finally happened, I was given a lower-category car, which was dirty, and I was forced to pay for the cleaning of the vehicle I was returning just to complete the exchange. On top of that, the fee for adding a second driver is nearly as much as renting an additional car. In short, avoid this agency at all costs, even if it appears to be your last option.
