I wasn’t able to go we tried cancelling through agency 6 weeks ago to a severe illness. I paid for trip insurance through Underpricer. And guess what. I got nothing. What a scam. The person my daughter who was supposed to accompany me on a father daughter trip. 7 weeks later is still unable to travel. She is careless by for her mother who had a stroke and is still in a rehab facility. Underpricer has been absent unable to understand the gravity. I provided medical documents and current status. What a disgusting world we live in. My daughter’s mother may not survive another 2 months. But do you air Underpricer care. No. We didn’t cancel frivolously. We had a real medical catastrophe. I paid extra for exactly this kind of issue and have gotten nothing. I may never use Kayak again. You represent your affiliates. I am truly disheartened. Timothy Carey.
