Nice clean plane. Tasteful decor in cabin. Nice trays.
Not enough room. No elbow room with next seat. No knee room. I am a 200# man. You are packing too many seats in the plane. We are packed in like sardines. Customer comfort is a thing of the past. Forty to Fifty years ago I actually looked forward to flying commercially. Everyone dressed up in nice clothes, You put on your best sport coats and slacks. Women wore nice dresses and heels. It was a special occasion to fly. Not anymore. People in flip flops, sweat suits, hoodies, clothing looking like pajama bottoms.
We have flown with Sun Country several times and it is always a great experience. In my opinion there are two things that can be improved upon. First thing is pricing for baggage. It is the same price for the first checked bag or a carry on. $30. I think a carry on should be half the price of a checked bag. Second is the on flight WiFi. It didn’t work on our departing flight or our return flight. That’s not good service. It sends a message that the airline doesn’t put a high priority on operability or maintenance.
Over priced snacks. Seats sucked, asked not to be by the wing and that's where they put us couldn't see anything. Worst flight I have ever been on.
Sat in the plane for 90 minutes due to door issue. No snacks offered.
Got me home safely. Reasonably priced!
Wi-fi was down so didn’t have any entertainment options. Should provide a little snack - something - for free along with beverage.
I was blessed to have first class. My first time ever. I loved the seat and leg room. My electronic ticket and check in was easy and what a treat to have the pre check. So easy to get through security.
The long lines
The crew was very courteous & helpful. Huge bonus.
The check in process at the airport was horrendous. I would never fly Sun Country again except the crew was so good.
The convenience of a red eye flight.
