Beware! They will try and take advantage of you. Honestly could have been better. I showed up around midnight with my family of 5 and luggage with a reservation confirmation in hand after I confirmed earlier that day as well. They said they didn't have my reserved car and tried to give me a smaller one. After about 20 minutes of word exchange, he offered me the next car up but said that car needed an additional mandatory $40 a day insurance more than I already reserved. Scam. I tried to fight it but exhaustion won and I gave in. I needed to get my family to their home. When I came back to drop off, they tried to say I damaged the car. They showed me a "before" picture of the bumper with zero damage and the now photo with a screw holding on the bumper and rusted paint chipped. Good thing I videoed the pickup (I always do) and was able to show the screw and damage was clearly there at time of pickup. Holy scam!! After he couldn't get that to fly, he tried to say I went over on mileage. I had a contract and calculator but he was not budging. I paid an additional $160 just to get out of there! All in all I got charged $600 for a 3 day, $200 rental that was confirmed. Thank goodness for AMEX! Renters, beware.
