Due to the language barrier and it was a little confusing. I booked one thing on the webside but when we got the airport realized the mileage was not included. So the good deal we had not so good. So had to change plans. I think I endend paying the insurance twice. I don't typically do insurance but since it was in another country I didn't want any issues. Make sure you read over it really well to make sure if you know what you are getting.

Overall C+ experience. Staff is friendly. Procedures are inefficient and difficult, probably more of an airport thing. If you don’t put the exact time you’re picking the car up - if you’re late, you won’t have a car. If you are early, you will wait until the exact time. Even when there are 10 cars available. Wouldn’t want to do this again, but you have no choice.
