I was left stranded in Armidale because I was not told I couldn't use my debit card or pay cash for the hire. resulting in me missing a very important meeting that had been planned and cancelled several times because of the pandemic. I feel totally discriminated by your company and won't be using your company or any other car hire company in the future. If I am in a country town I will drive no matter how far or if I am in the city I will use Uber. I am extremely disappointed and angry. You should have an alternative other than credit cards.
