The only glitch was I thought I booked a 4 runner but when got to airport the rental agent said beware of the small print in what you select. The small print says ‘or equivalent’. Most small airport car rentals only have ‘equivalents’. So lesson learned. The equivalent was adequate for the snowy and ice conditions. We upgraded for snow tires which we needed.

Guy was waiting at amtrak station for me when the train arrived which was really slick! Dropping off was confusing because there's no outside box to drop keys if station is closed so I had to call dollar and someone was coming out so I just waited for them. But again super nice people, awesome car, just get a key drop box and it'll be perfect!

Good car

Was supposed to pick up car at the Depot in Whitefish, MT. Car was not there, they had to bring it from FCA airport. Then they wanted to charge my a $35 delivery fee! They waived this fee before I would sign.

Car was great and handled well in the snow. Price was a bit high, but Dollar was lower priced than Hertz when renting in Whitefish MT.

They brought the car to the motel i was staying at. It was a nice car and clean. Good value for the money.

I was told that the charge on my car would be 150. The rental fee and deposit since I was using a debit card to pay. The charge was 172.00 and nobody could explain the difference. The contract I read said there would be an additional deposit but doesnt say how much it will be. My suggestion would be to ask before you book the car.

My trip had to change due to the bed and breakfast accommodations were cancelled because the owner cancelled due to them having COVID. That made me have to cancel the car rental, Hertz still took Maloney away even though I cancelled several days in advance.
