Yesterday my boyfriend and I tried to drop off the car to Add car location and it was unsuccessful. We went to various locations (see photo attached) and it was not the same location that the shuttle from airport pick us up at. I am very extremely disappointed in the service received from the car dealer as they did not inform us where to drop back the car and we had to recollection of where the place was. The invoice has four different addresses and we went by each address. We almost missed our flight and would have had to pay for hotel and flight. We dropped the car back to the airport because we had no choice. Please note that someone from Caribbean airlines contacted the company and confirmed that the car was left in the car park n airport. Kindly confirm that they received the car ? And kindly confirm the fee ?? There should not be any fee as there was not a proper address on the invoice. We had no means of calling as we do not live in martinique. Please confirm what is our next move. See attached photos of where the car was left.
