No nos dieron el carro que rentamos y después querían darnos otro 3 beses más caro que la renta original nos arruinaron nuestras vacaciones a demás los carros ahí no son seguros son viejos y gastados mal servicio y los empleados primero dijeron que no teníamos reservación y que no había carros no son amables y no tratan de ayudarte fue toda una pesadilla .

They didnt provide me a car. They overbooked the cars. My whole vacation was ruined because of this, I didnt make it to my destination and hotel reservations were charged.

Cars are very dirty, dented, cracked head and tail lights. Tires are as bald as can be. One of the cars we were offered had zip ties holding the hub cap to the rim. We ended up canceling since all the cars available were in poor condition unsafe to drive. We felt if we took one of the offered cars it would brake down, cause an accident to ourselves or others. Poor unsafe condition. Cancelled on the spot never took possession of any car at the lot. Unsafe vehicles , Budget should be ashamed of the vehicles it offers as rentals at this location.

The car broke down the next day. Had to fix it myself. Got pulled over & the circulation plates where expired. The service at the agency wasn't very good. Waited almost two hours to get the car.

I was given the wrong information. I was unable to rent the car. The location I went to wanted a $5,000 deposit. I will make this short because I'm already getting upset just thinking of what I went through.

I made a reservation, had a price for the days I needed a car. We get off the plane, go to the budget boot to find out my reservation is no good, instead the guy with a bad attitude tells me, I have to pay three times more the price at the reservation, what a great experience....

I called budget, all they tell me is, ( I'm sorry there is nothing we can do, call this #, or this department, maybe they can help you). Meanwhile I'm with my wife and children stranded in a place I don't know.

Hertz not only did not have the van we had reserved, they had NO CARS available. The staff was of no help and left us stranded to find taxis for 7 of us with all our luggage. It is clear that they don't honor reservations. This is not unique to Hertz. Sites need to stop offering car rental reservations for Mexico since there is zero guarantee that you will get what you've reserved.

That another car rental company had what I needed and my family and I were able to enjoy our vacation.

My reserved vehicle was not available nor any hope of getting my reserved type vehicle until after my vacation would be over. I was not happy putting my family thru that stress!
