Comfort, cleanliness and pickup and dropoff, except for the car not being an Intermediate, were pretty seamless.

My booking was for an Intermediate car. They gave me an Hyundai Accent definitely a compact not an intermediate. A Corolla or an Elantra would have been intermediate.

There was a rock ding in the drivers line of sight, it was mentioned up front but an annoyance. The lift gate button to close the trunk did not work Overall still a good experience

Pickup a disaster, paid for an upgrade I never got , put in a can on wheels. Treated unfairly I think because booked online, they just didn’t care at all- no more Hertz.

Whole experience.

Unlimited mileage through online provider.

Having to wade through wet snow to get to my vehicle. Receiving a European car that would not start unless I stepped on the brake. Was not told about this by agent and had to make phone call to resolve the problem.
