Fast and friendly service. Car was clean inside and out upon pickup. Brand new car with excellent milage-did not specify car when reserving. Received a Hybrid. Drove the car for a week and only spent $36 on gas.

No drop-off instructions for early AM drop-off in St. John's. Had to ask an airport employee - not a Budget employee - how it should be handled. Stressful.

Car was clean and had good gas mileage. Never expect Enterprise to help out during a disaster like Hurricane Fiona, though. We were to drop off the car in Deer Lake,NL but had to change the location to St. Johns (keeping same date and time) due to new flight schedule due to hurricane Fiona and they charged us $400.00!
