The Representative in the airport provided no instructions for picking up the car other than which direction to walk. There were no staff at the pick up or drop off location. Nobody to check pre-existing scratches or damages. Upon return, the was no parking available and no staff there to assist.
With a reputable company such as Avis, they should at least have 1 person AT ALL TIMES at the pick up and drop off location, especially since it is quite a ways away from the terminal.
