Absolutely pathetic. Was delayed in Dublin and had a nightmare experience in Cairo as well. Delayed for 6 hrs . Will never use this airline again. Communication is poor from the airline. Flights must be on time and definitely has to improve Communication

The employee at counter was very rude and charged us a lot to upgrade, and the flight was delayed with out any service and cabin crew was treated people better then others..

Service onboard was good, but boarding experience could be improved a lot. Onboard entertainment system is also very poor

The plane smelled like sewage upon boarding. There were only three bathrooms working for 300 passengers and staff and those three bathrooms got disgusting pretty quickly. And the smell permeated the plane often. Staff and some passengers withheld from Eating and drinking for 11 hours to prevent possibly having to go to the bathroom. Egypt Air knew this was a problem and didn’t properly service the plane. Whoever made this decision should be fired.
