The food was absolutely below average or anywhere near what we're used to on etihad or similar airline. Also, kids meals wasn't provided so our kid couldn't eat during the whole flight.

Food was not served 1 hour and 33 minutes after request.i had to remind them again. The main course was not served 30 minutes after salads - had to remind them.again

Food was the major concern. The food was served as per arrival destination meal time and not as per departure time line. So the dinner was served around 12 am EST. Many people including kids got hungry because that usual time for dinner is around 8-9 pm or the latest of 10pm. It does not matter if you serve the previous meal around 3pm. The flight was clean and comfortable. The crew was mostly ok but became easily annoyed when things did not go their way.
