I recently had the pleasure of flying with Etihad Airways, and I must say, the experience was largely positive. From the moment I checked in to the moment I disembarked, the service was top-notch. The airline staff were attentive, courteous, and consistently professional. In-flight entertainment and meals were commendable and exceeded my expectations for an economy fare. However, there was one aspect that I found could use some improvement – the comfort level in the economy class. The seating felt a bit cramped and didn't allow for much movement, especially during longer flights. This made the overall journey a tad uncomfortable. In conclusion, while I highly rate many aspects of my journey with Etihad, I believe there's room for improvement in the comfort of their economy class. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to choose Etihad again for my future travels, trusting that they continuously strive for excellence in all areas of their service.

Seating comfort, coordination by staff, food, punctuality and cleanliness were all excellent. Most of the flight crew staff were courteous except one or two which maybe considered as area for improvement.

We really like this flight but only problem i have with is checking ate Ahmedabad Airport where they are improperly behavior and not helping us to checked baggage as well carry on. The guys who working refused to allow my laptop bags instead saying I need to add that into carry on bag which is totally unfair and due to that I have to take off all stuff and put laptop on carry on bag. Please update this policy or let employees aware of they help us in process not burden us.
