All set up for reasonably comfortable short haul flight and prices ok at similar to Thai Air
Priced the same, but unlike the wonderful Thai Air (my only other long haul experience) my ticket price and 8hr flight didn't include any food (Thai Air had 2 complimentary meals) and no one told us we could pre order and pay for food, so missed out when it was brought round. They charge to rent blankets and pillows (free on TA) and couldn't even help me with a glass of drinking water other than offering to sell me a bottle but at $10 USD as they didn't have any change (TA provide complimentary bottled water plus comp tea & coffee. Think there needs to be clearer info/advice 're refreshments for customers on long flights like this
