Car was ready on time. Car was swapped out when we came back for a problem.

Our first car had several scratches, to the point where I felt europcar doesn't maintain their cars and simply charges customers for scratches which they never repair. Secondly, our first car needed an oil change after we had only driven it 30km. The staff did provide us with a new car, but on this car the staff failed to put on a front license plate and didn't tell us this was a problem nor did they note this in the contract. Upon returning the car we were blamed for the missing front license plate until we produced photos showing it was gone already upon picking up the vehicle. Bad experience!!

The car was great.

The price was too high. They should stipulate that México won’t let you rent a car if you don’t purchase insurance with them. So I ended up paying more for the insurance for what I payed for the car.

Worse rental car company. Took us 2 hours to get our rental car. The guy charged us twice so had a extra charge on my card ( we did get that resolved). Finally we get to rental car it’s the wrong size compact ( ordered a full size 5 of us). Went back to get the right car told us they didn’t have the car so later they would swap the car out/ drive the right full size car to us. At the end of the day we had to make the phone calls to get ahold of them. Once we finally got ahold of them after numerous tries of course they had no idea what was going on and who said they would replace the car. It got so bad that we told them we wanted to cancel the car charge us for the day they told us they would charge us for the 4 days we had reserved so we had said we are going to cancel our credit card on file. We started driving back to return the car and 30/40 mins later they called us before we got back to the airport and said that could swap the cars. So luckily we were almost there made it a quick swap 1hr and 30 mins. This rental car company is a joke I will never ever spend a dollar towards this company again. We visit Mexico a lot due to family and this is our 1st time feeling like we were getting strong armed. Save your money go somewhere else.

I did not get the car i originally rented online via your website (jeep wrangler 4x4) and instead they wanted to give me renault duster for the same price. Was not happy about this and canceled the rental with budget

Ace is handled by MEX rental car in LaPaz. The price they quoted was half of what I ended up paying. They don’t include th drop charge when returning to another location. I would not use ace or Priceline again

Nothing!

We got there at 3pm and it took the lady workin there one hour to help one customer that was as ahead of us. Our reservation was for a small suv that was going to be $100 for 4 days. They wanted to charge us $330 for insurance!!! Price Paine had the insurance at $40 for silk covage and they did not except that price. They also did the same thing to the cuspmter in front of us. We ended up renting with hertz for $120 for the same car with full insurance.

Price quoted on your site wildly misleading. I was quoted as 58 dollars turned out to be 350' I'll never ever trust your site hideous insurance of @ 50 a day not mentioned. Car and staff at LAP was fine but false quote is a scam. Furious really

Good: Similar car that I booked. Bad: far from airport, charged an extra $70 for 2days of ins. Paid for ins prior and my credit card had more than plenty coverage. Took about 30mins to pick up. Waited another 10mins as they cleaned the car. Charged $1300usd deposit. Had me ride upfront with the driver and worker. Made me uncomfortable considering we are still in a pandemic
