Airport robbery. Buyer be aware

Had a bad experience with the Rental Car Got stuck the first day- Car would not go into Reverse or Drive & had to be pushed out of traffic Managed to get going after 1/2 hour -Called Hertz support who told me to call again if it happens again. 1 hr later the same issue when trying tp park & had to be pushed out of the road traffic. Called Hertz support again -after a long while if was given a different code and this appeared to solve the problem. A few days later I was parked in Haifa. The car started fine but as soon as I put in in gear it cut out I tried a few times without success & some people also tried to help. After leaving the car for about 1/2 hour we managed to start the car . A week later in Natanya, the same issue. Car started fine but cut out when put into gear. My wife went to call Hertz again but in the meantime after many tries I got the car started again. I would also like to mention that the warning on the dash kept showing car 2000 KM over due service.

Avis has better model for same minivan category - Chery Tiggo instead of Hertz Citroen. We rented both last week in Israel

I did not like anything, I reserved for 1400 , came to the office at 13 30 at 14 30 they told me that they do not have any car it could take even 4 hours and I committed to a meeting before that I did not received the service and even qeeq they want to charge me of not showing off, it's rediciulous.

Customer service at pickup and return was polite and efficient. Car was bigger than my category.

Hello Your website was facing a problem when i booked,after i write the payment card it gave me that there is an error and give me sad face. And i tried another time and it also gives me the same problem So i booked car from another office. Next day i see an email that there is a car in avis and is booked,i contact avis to cancel the reservation but they told me that i should contact kayak. And i contact you and they open a ticket for that and i'm waiting for the response I want a full refund for that situation because the problem was on your website and i didn't get any message from the visa card compant that the reservation has been booked
