I didn't get the vehicle I expected. The vehicle I got had a lot less storage and the had the vehicle I expected available. I was only notified the morning of pick up, and was asked to look for another company for my rental. The vehicle I received had the same amount of seating but a lot less luggage room than the vehicle I ordered. My guests had sit sit with luggage on the laps. The agent I felt with when returning the vehicle was extremely rude and argued with me about getting a receipt for returning the vehicle because it had not been entered in their system. I asked for a hand written receipt and she started shouting at me.

That we actually got a car - we had to beg to get a car - as they didn’t have any cars to give - then we had to wait for them to clean it - - - we are ever so grateful that Enterprise found a way to give us a car - not sure if we hadn’t made a fuss they would have - so Kayak needs to make sure there are actually vehicles available.

Nothing!!!

My itinerary said pick up at noon - we were there at 12:25pm they were closed I called enterprise and they would not honour the reservation as I had to be there before noon!!! My itinerary said noon I told them that, they said sorry I should have been informed and I wasn’t!

I recently needed a vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances. There were no vehicles that were available. I did not receive a call until a full week later saying there was one available. I went online to see if there was another way to get one. It kept reading available, but in fact, they were all rented out. I was not contacted either when I had put in a request for one. Really disappointed with the whole experience with the Red Deer Enterprise. Maybe bringing in more vehicles from Edmonton or Calgary would have been a problem solved.

The agent was absolutely rude and unpleasant. I rent vehicles regularly for work and I have never had a check in with so many marks on the sheet for damage on vehicle. The car worked but was definitely not in great shape.

Staff at Red Deer AVIS was great. She very helpful and professional.

The price was ridicules, one way rental for One day to a city 137km away. It was stupid expensive. Uber would have been cheaper.
