The process was easy. Just had to pay $27 US for a permit which was not clear before the rental. Car was not new but functioned well. The trunk was spring loaded and somewhat dangerous as if it came down on yours or other person hands by mistake it would have caused serious injury. Person at the desk was very courteous and helpful and explained everything well.

Confirmation of the booking needs to be ASAP amongst all parties! It was almost a week and a half until I received confirmation from the company in Castries. The communication between ACE and the actual company NEEDS to be faster. I was in doubt of my booking for too long.
