This was the worst rental car experience ever. No one was there when we landed for us to get our car, so we had to have someone from another car rental company call for them to come back so we could rent our car.. They didn't have the car we reserved so gave us a different car then in the middle of our vacation they wanted us to switch cars. We went to go meet the lady and then she never showed up so we missed part of our family reunion. She was super rude blaming us being from America ( my husband is from Tonga) and thinking that we could do things the American way. She said she kept calling us and calling us to change vehicles, but she never called the number we gave her when we got the car. We asked for her name and she said Line Pea (not sure if this is her real name or not). She was so rude from the very beginning and never once offered an apology for our inconvenience.
