Cheap Car Rentals in Whitehorse Airport

Easy pick up and return process.

Friendly staff. The only thing I wish I had realized was that the 200$ deposit I agreed to did not cover windshield cracks. We had a rock chip that turned into a crack and I assumed the deposit was to cover emergencies like that. Next time I will make sure I get windshield insurance if there is such a thing.

Confident, very pleasant staff member that I dealt with. I was also able to drop off the car at the airport, at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. Will definitely use them the next time I travel to Whitehorse.

There was no employee when i landed in whitehorse. I landed at 6pm. They should tell me that it get closed at 5 during my booking. Other thing, i booked jeep grand Cherokee or similar but they gave me ford escape. I did not liked their customer service.

Person at the counter wanted to charge us 25$ a minute if our flight was delayed after 6pm (original arrival was planned for 17h40). He never offered to be back at 9pm (official hours indicated on Budget web site for this location) and instead said if we where late (3 rentals for the group worth over 3500$) we could pick the cars the next morning at 9 AM. We had 15 kids with us, needed cars to bring them to hotel where already leaving at 6 am the next morning and he said it wasn't his problem. We had 2 more vehicle (5 total), Rent with drive force in Whitehorse, much better service on location Rear seatbelt driver side wasn't working
