Car was clean and staff was friendly.
My drive was postponed by about 45 minutes due to having to switch cars three times (couldn't find a car that would charge my phone). They offered an upgrade and said it would "only be $47 more", they failed to mention that was $47 each day. The car I did get had no windshield wiper fluid, had very low air pressure in the front tires, had something wrong with the front wheel, and had blown speakers. I brought the car back an hour and a half after my originally requested time (they didn't tell me that I needed to bring it back before the time I had requested as it is booked by 24hr. periods) and not only did they charge me for being 3 hours late, they also charged me an entire extra day for the upgrade, insurance, and the roadside assistance (that I never asked for).
