They did not have a car that matched our reservation (6-passenger automatic) - admittedly, not the easiest request, but we reserved here because it was the only company that offered it, so we chose it despite the fact that it was a non-airport location. When we didn't accept their alternatives, they did actually track down a car that matched our needs - took close to 2 hours (the drop-off took almost an hour as well). I very much appreciate their work to get us the car we needed, but they didn't seem to have any record of our request when we came in and were initially not interested in making it work. Also (maybe because it's a city dealership not a tourist/airport rental) be prepared to conduct all business in Spanish - if you need someplace with English support, stay with an airport-based company
