Cheap Car Hire in Manhattan, New York from AED 133

Drop off location was closed and we had to go to another location after spending an hour in the phone.

Staff was great, but the facility makes it hard to have the cars ready on time. It took us 45 minutes to get our car.

The gentleman who assisted us in NYC was very friendly and helpful. Great service. Likewise, dropping off in Syracuse was a simple process. Will definitely consider using Budget again for rental needs

Dollar could not deliver the car i paid for in advance. Moreover they did not offer a solution other than wait a call from them. i had to pick up a car which i did not intend to.

Dollar’s website showed an abundance of cars available for rent. When we arrived to pick up our car, that was not the case. Thankfully their manager Lawrence was handling the abundance of customers in the same position with professionalism, courtesy, and patience. As cars were returned, he notified us that a car was available and we were very pleased with the rental.

Great and quick service with a last minute one-way rental. Only issue was that the wrong gas tank % was noted in the system

I like all Alamo scope, the car, the service, the price, etc everything was super. What I did not like and rated overall experience low: our pickup was ordeed to downtown New York. The confirmed date was 1st Jan. I luckily called Alamo the day before just double check car availability. And they just told me that they are CLOSED the next day (although they see the valid confirmation in the system-but definately I can not pick it up). So asked them to hand over the day before and they were flexible to do it. If I would not call them, then we should seek for a car rental 1st Jan after realizing that the handover pick up point is closed. And Alamo also mentioned that this is a usual desconnect between their and other’s systems, so I suggest to make a better connection between systems.

They did not have they car or any other car. Very disappointed they cannot hold cars after a confirmed reservation. It creates more cost and additional time to look for alternatives on our own

Showed up an hour late due to airplane. Didn't have my car. Wanted me to wait 2 hours for car, or upgrade at $75.

They tried to charge us 300 dollars for extra cleaning for a bit of sand in the boot, total rip off

My trip cost $1,200 for 6 days..that is outrageous
