|Oct 2025I was traveling with my son in a wheelchair, I’m older.. the walk from the rental office to the car I was picking up, in the rain, was awful. It was way too far to be wheeling a wheelchair, two large suitcases, carry on bags, and a walker.. I was never offered help, nor did any of the guys sitting in their chairs waiting for drop off, offer to help. Nor did they as I was struggling to get everything in the car we picked up.. And yo make matters worse, the electric windows stopped working, yes, I checked the window lock, and I had to drop the car off, walk all the way back to the office, walk all the way, even further, for a replacement car.. only to have the man in the lot accuse me, not once, but twice, for not giving him the keys to the first rental,at the third accusation, said “got them”.. No apology, nothing. I will never rent from any of the three places they represent.. Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar.. Disgusting..

|Feb 2025Reserved a pick up truck, when I arrived they didn't have one and gave me a mid sized suv. I asked for a pick up because I needed one to move a piece of equipment for work. Ended up borrowing a friend's truck for a day. Also asked for a truck because in 6'2 and 295 pounds and am not comfortable in a suv or car. Not a good experience for me.
