Cheap Car Rentals in Tumon, Tamuning

I was not told about hidden fees. I paid more than what I was supposed to pay. I was charged a $200 security deposit but I was not told that in the beginning.

Excellent service. They were able to bring the rent a car to the quarantine hotel.

I only driver one day and short distance in city I cannot believe the car wheel cap went off in the middle of road in town when cars are driving in normal conditions I immediately dropped off and person said it was caused by me and demand us to take responsibility Seriously no I have been driving daily with over 30 year’s experience and this is first time happening with car wheel cap off

One clerk at the counter to check in many people. Long Que. waste of time. My reservation was for intermediate SUV I was given a Mitsubishi Mirage with no window tint. Photo implied a bigger vehicle. I didn’t say anything as I had already walked out to the car and wasn’t going back to wait in the long Que with only one clerk. Didn’t drive it that much it was okay in the end. Will look for other company next time.

Doesn’t have enough cars to fully rent out and will leave you screwed at the airport without a car. Reservations mean nothing but a suggestion

Made a reservation and the agency cancelled at the last minute saying no cars were available. Taking the reservation and then cancelling after I started my flight to Guam put me and my family in a difficult position. Would ask the agency correctly advertise availability and not take reservations if they can’t provide.
