Cheap Car Rentals in Downtown, Toronto

The employee at the counter was very rude. The procedure was very bad and not flexible. Our reservation was cancelled because the customer service employee cancelled it by mistake and did not know how to fix it. The price changed even though I was there and did not want this cancellation. I lost 4 hours of my life and I had to book a car with another agency for much more money. I am VERY disappointed!

Too many unexpected charges added at time of drop off (e.g. taxes, 2nd driver, drop-off fee, etc.).

The car wasn’t in good condition

At the moment of the pickup, I was told there was no car. I missed my flight, I missed my meeting. The people at Budget told me apparently between third party sites like Kayak and the actual car rental company, it is common to have inventory errors, so this is the end of me using your services, as this was a major financial loss.
