Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.

I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.

I chose this rental based on price…it was a long rental (45 days). The staff were good…the car was clean. No issues on the return…tho I haven’t yet seen the final charges on my credit card.

Probably a sign of the times, but had to wait about 49 minutes as they had no vehicles ready when we arrived. Overall experience was good. Rental vehicle was clean but not pristine condition (vehicle well used). Operator was very kind to drive us to airport upon returning the vehicle, as a token of appreciation for the wait upon our arrival.

This family run business was so easy and nice to deal with. I appreciated their practicality and dedication to service. With the help of KAYAK I found a very affordable rate too.

They called me the day before I was to drop it off. I didn't mind that but wished that they reminded me to fill up the gas tank before returning. My previous rental let me bring the vehicle in empty because I paid for the tank. I forgot with this one and had to go fill it up. Lucky I came early!

Budget Car Rental in Calgary is an excellent rental company. They gave us two SUV for the price of economy car - a Murano and Rogue. Drop off and pick up is just a breeze. I will definitely rent from Budget in the future !

Ana Maria was a great person to deal with. Customer service was par excellence. She was quick to point out the facts and help us out with the rental. Mike was courteous too. I was amazed at their customer service. Prompt and proactive.

The vehicle had some side pockets on the door that were not cleaned and there were food crumbs near the gear-shifter from previous rental. We had to wipe it clean with a wet towel and a disinfectant especially in this pandemic environment.

The reservation went to the wrong Budget location despite triple checking that the airport location was the one for our trip. The reservation went to the downtown location which was closed by the time my flight arrived, and seeking help with this issue was impossible

Friendly staff at both the pick up and drop off locations. Toyota Corolla was in great shape.

Was a bit surprised to have to pay more to get a car with snow tires... It was Calgary in the winter - should be standard.

Took way too long to drop off, did not get emailed receipt as promised, overcharged on bill, will not use Hertz again in the fiture.

The young fellow at the counter was very polite and helpful. He was so efficient. Everything I signed up for in the agreement was exactly as agreed upon. The cost was awesome and they even let me drop the nice Corolla at the airport as that was convenient for me. No extra charge.

Paid twice, as I didnt have my license and Hertz couldnt let me drive They said that Kayak charged me through priceline and therefore they can't refund me for the original rent. However when I checked I saw that Hertz did charge me for the original order. When I told them that they adviced I still need to talk with Kayak. Happy to explain over the phone - _972548162205

Staff was great. Good value. Convenient location.

Make sure all vehicles have apple car play. It is safer for travellers and others on the road. Also figure out your lot it is always hard to get in and out. Dangerous even.
