Staff was great, and got an upgrade. However, vehicle had strange smell, like a BO smell. There weren't any cars available at the airport so had to, and go to an off site location, which incurred more travel time, and taxis.

Budget Car Rental in Calgary is an excellent rental company. They gave us two SUV for the price of economy car - a Murano and Rogue. Drop off and pick up is just a breeze. I will definitely rent from Budget in the future !

Ana Maria was a great person to deal with. Customer service was par excellence. She was quick to point out the facts and help us out with the rental. Mike was courteous too. I was amazed at their customer service. Prompt and proactive.

The vehicle had some side pockets on the door that were not cleaned and there were food crumbs near the gear-shifter from previous rental. We had to wipe it clean with a wet towel and a disinfectant especially in this pandemic environment.

The reservation went to the wrong Budget location despite triple checking that the airport location was the one for our trip. The reservation went to the downtown location which was closed by the time my flight arrived, and seeking help with this issue was impossible

I paid for a full to full vehicle. I was told at the desk they don’t offer this service and we needed to just return the car empty how we found It. This was disappointing, bearing in mind we don’t have any signal and couldn’t initially find a gas station, the counter staff couldn’t direct us to the nearest one.

Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. They also refused to accept the insurance purchased through your site. Please make your customers aware of these failures.

Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. Never trust them! they not afford to provide a car on time.

I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.

Friendly professional desk staff.

The car has a slow leak in the right front tire. I wish I'd paid better attention to ensure the care had cruise control. Leaving the parkade on foot involves a trip through a nasty old stairwell and corridor where I thought I might get stabbed. The frost scraper was badly chipped and mostly useless. If pickup/dropoff was an option, I wasn't made aware of it.

You offer insurance that is not accessible to my country. And it took me few phone calls, email, with several company to figure it out. Lot of time and energy wast.

the person who has at the airports are great ... this woman behaved like a real fool and believing we do not know what she says. the worst of all is that it is not canenciada. I'm American. us. and his attitude of knowing everything makes every tourist feel bad. change it because we rent cars and the other will be in another company. It's very disgusting. I was getting the car out of the car.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager in particular took a few extra minutes to go over things with me, which i appreciated, given how rushed some car rental spots are. The car was virtually new and had a full tank of gas (always be paying attention to that). I had no problems on pickup or drop-off and everything was as expected.

I'd have to search for a complaint, but it would mostly be that the parkade isn't well lit which when you're doing your vehicle inspection on pickup could prove a costly problem if you miss something because you couldn't see well.

Friendly staff at both the pick up and drop off locations. Toyota Corolla was in great shape.

Was a bit surprised to have to pay more to get a car with snow tires... It was Calgary in the winter - should be standard.
