When i showed up at the rental company, they were unable to find my reservation with my confirmation number. I tried to call the reservation company and was still unable to talk to anybody. They offerd me a to make a new reservation car of twice the price. Had to rent a car with a other rebtal company with a higher price. Will never use kayak again for car rental.
Nobody speaks English. Drop off place was different than was sent in the email, took us an extra hour to find the correct location. Then we were charged $850 extra after dropping it off without any explanation. The guy checked the car and everything was fine, and within one hour we were charged
