Original staff was good, but went back to speak with the manager and she was the rudest person I’ve dealt with. Our family will be avoiding the company because of her.

Manager could not have such an attitude over a suggestion to improve quality of service.

Service was quick and the car was clean. I was offered an upgrade to all wheel drive because of the ice and sleet outside, I appreciated that.

I don’t have any complaints, wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

The pickup/dropoff was so easy, partly because I was the only customer at any of the counters. The agents were pleasant and helpful. The car (Ford Focus) was adequate for the class of car we chose.

The price seemed high compared to other rentals we've had over the years in other places. Could be because everything in Juneau is expensive. It was the least expensive of the options in Juneau, and was adequate for our needs. There's not a lot of distance to cover around there, so fitting 5 adults into a Ford Focus worked for us this time.

They dropped our reservation and never alerted us. The customer service staff hung up on us and one woman actually laughed when I explained we were going to Alaska and needed a car.
