Fairly easy pickup.

They're operating a bait and switch. They lure you in with a low rental cost, then charge you 1.5X more in mandatory insurance than the car costs. I expect they make far more money on the insurance than on the rental fee.

The staff were friendly and the process was smooth. Once the car was ready, the pick up and drop off were quite quick.

The car was not ready at pickup and I had to wait over half an hour, and became quite worried that I would be late.

Taking the deposit in full and having to wait days for it to be returned is a massive pain and the rental agent has the power to decide how much to return with you unable to discuss it with them. No feedback on the return of deposit

Vehicle maintenance. Car cleaning. Speed of service. Instead of giving printed forms, it is better to send them to email, etc., in addition to the scratches that the vehicle and other defects send and save digitally.
