The rental car was not ready for pick up at our reservation time and we were told to wait for several hours after in order for someone else to drop off their car.

The employees offered no solution and could not rectify the situation at all. We just had to deal with it.

John was very accommodating and the airport was easy to move around. He even went out and got the car for us as my husband is handicapped and we were his last customer.

The wait time at the airport desk to get the car that was already reserved. John needed help that day! He was very nice, but out-manned with the requests for cars at the time. Wish we could have had a van instead of an SUV. Cost was HIGH I thought compared to a van rental for the same number of days in Florida.

Gas mileage was very good for a large SUV

The SUV was not washed. Dog hair all over the rear luggage area. The back of the front passenger seat was dirty with shoe prints from a child and the carpet on the driver side was dirty.

There was no one at the counter I waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to assist with reservation. Car was not even in the Avis marked spots was on the other side of the airport parking lot. Location needs a better organization and more staff.

They had the car I had reserved. Staff were very friendly.

When I started the car, I looked down and the gas gauge was BELOW empty. I didn't have time to change cars so I had to go ahead an leave- worried the entire time I'd run out of gas before I got to a station. Dude said, "just make sure you return it on empty." Right.
