Guy who’s name was Maksym was very professional.

Pickup/drop off was easy. Car was clean and comfortable. Car seat for the toddler was excellent.

Super professional and friendly staff. Car was in great shape, clean and awesome deal for the price.

please correct the web page from the usa. I couldn't make any nchanges and there is no option to select an automatic car or a gearbox car. Also add the local telephone number.

Ended up paying extra day. I rented car at 4 pm local time. At time of rental agent failed to point out that rental return was noon local time. There was no printout provided for review. Based on rental experience with other companies ie Hertz Budget Avis both abroad and in United States, I assumed that car was due by time was rented. The 11 page rental agreement sent via email is hard to read on phone and actual rental dates times are buried and hard to find. Had no issues on prior two rentals. Doubt will use this outfit again.

My plane was two hours late after arriving at the airport in Balice, it turned out that my reservation was canceled. They offered me a similar car for Double Price. I rented a car from another rental company for normal price. I rent cars very often, this would not be the case in the United States. Shame ALAMO!
