The vehicle had a lot of ware for being lower on mileage. It was unfortunate that us was previously not taken care of. It needed wiper blades because they were ripped. The seal for the door was broken so it was a loud ride. Some of the seams were duct taped. It served its purpose but wasn’t in good shape. The staff were very kind upon returning the van

Everything was great until checkout and even this is a small item overall but..... Checkout tried charging me more than stipulated. The lady behind the counter said the truck has a "smart meter" on the gas tank and that I was a gallon low even though the overcharge did not match their cost for gas, nor did the original receipt showing the overcharge list that as a reason. And I filled it up 10 min before dropping it off. The clerk was happy to amend the final charge but it should not have been on there in the first place. Be sure to double check the receipt when checking out.

Absolutely no one to receive the cars upon return. You have to cut into the line of new rentals and just throw your keys at the person in the process of renting new cars. If there were a problem with the car (we didn't have any), there would be no one to tell.

the gentleman I spoke eith on the phone thursday evening at the Travers City airoort location was very rude . I had made a reservation online and had a confirmation number - I just called to check and make sure it would be available for sure at 8 am and he proceeded to tell me that there was no guarantees and it may not be available. He said a reservation is NOT a guaranteed car!! Which i then asked why and he said that is just a fact- very rude!!

Minivan not available, despite prepaid reservation. Very disappointed. Substitute was okay, but felt response to situation was limited. Did not have to return on full tank, not really a square deal.

Cleaner vehicle, COVID sticker on door was difficult to remove, left residue, interior was not as clean as should have been, very poor counter work. Blamed difficulties on busy season. NOT my problem, take care of your business! Fall colors happen every year, deal with it.

Service at the location was fantastic. The one thing that was a little annoying is with Uber / Lyft not being very prevalent in Traverse City, we had to take a cab both to and from the airport, which cost us about $10 for about a mile trip (it's not really walkable from the airport). I have to think they could just move the Thrifty location inside the TVC airport to make it more convenient. Other than that, everyone was great. Car was great, service was great (they even offered to come pick is up if we hadn't found the cab first). Only issue was the one I mentioned above.

The price could've been lowered by a few dollars definitely, especially just for the short amount of time that I had my rental. But the reservation process was relatively easy, the vehicle itself was super clean and really nice. May now be tempted to buy one myself.

Seemed straightforward with a notice the night before from Enterprise for my Lic# and Enterprise# to expedite the rental process - presumably affirming my confirmation made a couple weeks earlier.

I arrive 90 min after the 1pm registered time due to a flight delay and was told they rented my assigned car and had nothing they could give me since the few remaining cars were claimed. When I asked why they said it was "policy" to not hold a confirmation after 60 min. They said they called my cell - they did not as there was no missed call registered on my phone. With a big smile they said "sorry". They said Enterprise all around was out and I should call other rental car places. Clearly they rented my car to a walk in for a higher rate and blew my reservation away. The perfunctory and impassioned response was most irritating. I called customer service - same thing.
