Staff was courteous. I had picked the cheaper "We choose" option, getting my anything above an economical class car. The employee asked me about my plans and when I mentioned camping and hiking far in Charlevoix, he offered an SUV they had on the lot. It was definitely more than what I expected and it made a difference in our trip.

No option to return the vehicle on Sundays, as they're closed, so I had to rent the car for an extra day to drop it off on Monday morning.

The BAD - the vehicle had not been cleaned. The GOOD - they got right onto getting it cleaned. I got upgraded to a vehicle that REALLY suited my needs. They got me in/out without a minimum of fuss. Operation is updated electronically, ie email receipts. Had a choice of languages when it came to verbal needs. Gonna go back for sure. The price was RIGHT!

Rental vehicle - late evening pick up at parking lot. No one from Rental company was there with me to walk aournd the vehicle to spot any thing. Rental vehicle was not parked in designated spot . The area where the vehicle was not well lighted. So the inspect around was not clearly done. When I return on 30th July morning . The rental emloyee find out two minor scratches on the passenger side - front and rear. So minor I had not noticed. I took pictures using my phone but scratches were not visible in very high and well luminated spot light area.

I told the manager Don, I was notice it before. I called Holiday Inn at Montreal YUL airport to cooperate with Alamo rental company for investigation. I called back to rental company to inform that hotel will put a police report. Manager insisted that I was to inspect vehicle before I rented out. I had to fly back and was able to catch flight because it was delayed for some reasons. I like you to work with them to resolve the issue that I was not at fault and these minor sacrashes can happen as lot of kids and people are on road and Renter can not warranty such things 24/7. Thank you
