The staff was terrible. After being intentionally left behind by the shuttle driver, I could not reach the other staff because they simply would not answer the phone for 15 minutes. When they did answer, I was told they had no car for me even though I had an emailed confirmation of my reservation.
Everything went wrong. The reservation was initially sent to me as being France when I had entered Florida as my destination. After I told the customer service agent to cancel France and reserve Orlando, Florida, I still received confirmation of a France rental that I did not want. When I arrived in Florida and showed my Ace Rental Florida confirmation to the shuttle driver, I was left out in the cold, dark night because he said he would not let me board the shuttle since I was not on his hand written list. He told me to call the office then drive away. Nobody would answer the phone for 15 minutes. When I finally got through they told me they had overbooked and there were no cars. They offered no assistance. I was stranded in the airport late at night and left to fend for myself.
