The car was almost brand new, and it was very nice. In fact, everything was fine except for the initial pick-up. There was no instruction about calling Green Motion prior to the pick-up, so we went to the pick-up point only to find nothing and no one. We finally found a telephone number for Green Motion on the Internet, and discovered that we were supposed to call them 30 minutes prior to the pick-up point, which was downtown, so they could bring the car over. By the time we did all this, we had walked all over the place, and wasted 45 minutes. Once we got in touch via phone, everything was quite fine. In the future, if the pick-up point is anywhere but the airport, the instructions must say to call in advance and provide a local phone number.
