Cheap Car Rentals in Calvi Ste Catherine Airport

We were given an electric car when we specifically reserved a petrol powered vehicle. We were given fraudulent information about the electric charging procedure and price. Hertz committed fraud & misrepresentation and we want a full refund.

The pick up process was great and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. The car was new and all electric. Great ride around the island. So far it would have been a 5 star rating. But the drop off was something else. The older gentlemen doing drop off was extremely rude and rough ( by the way I am a local on this island). He was first not happy that I parked the car in the Hertz parking lot at the front of the shop but rather asked me to get back in the car to drive it myself into the garage area in the bays were they clean the car. Then he rudely proceeded tot tell me that the car was dirty inside and that I would be charged another 50 euros. I have photos proving that the car had normal dirt build up after a rental and that it was not spoiled in anyway. I am shocked at the fact that Hertz would expect the customer to clean the car before returning it. If this is in the terms and conditions please show me. So what started as a great experience ended up very badly. I will not be hiring cars from this franchise again at this location.
