Cheap Car Rentals in Alexandria, Sydney

Budget needed up… quoted $260 then charged $680… now 3 weeks later and still trying to get my refund processed. Customer Service at corporate level needs to be much better. Staff at both pickup and drop off were awesome!

Check in and check out staff were friendly and helpful.

I have not been provided the car i promised and i have been provided a MG car which was nothing but a Chinese faulty car where no gadgets work. Absolutely bad experience

Their branch wasn't open when I landed, was unable to pick up car, and wasted an hour and a half waiting for a shuttle that never arrived before I realised that was the issue. Not impressed.

Great car, abit pricey to add on another day but other than that it was awesome, from customer service through to phone contact changing drop off location an hour before drop off with no extra charge. Our rental was meant to go back Saturday 3pm but I wasn't able to take it back at that time, so I asked if I could take it back today and they said yes if I drop it off before 11am they won't charge me. I would highly recommend SIXT car rentals to everyone 👍👍👍👍
