I called to Sixt before coming to office and they proved that the car is ready. When I came to the Sixt office Berlin Tempelhof they didn’t give me the car. Moreover they told me that my account is blocked in their system but it is impossible. I had to wait then sent email to their security system and got this response: “ Dear Mr. Povetkin, In reference to your request, please notice that we decided to do not fulfill the reservation mentioned above and so please accept this decision and refrain from further requests regarding this matter”. This is insane and I had to find rapidly another service, that was Europecar and they gave me a car in 5 minutes. Please consider this for further bookings. BR, Dmitriy
