Cheap Car Hire in Clayfield, Brisbane from AED 76

We are a family of 6 and the Kia has heaps of room for all plus 5 big suitcases in the boot . The staff are very helpful as well.

Only one person at desk to check in customers, previous customer took forever to get checked in and even though I had provided all driver info online I still took 15-20 mins to check in. The car - a hybrid - was very easy to find and drive out of the airport environment. The hybrid was very fuel efficient and should be used as much as possible for rentals now.

Great car, great easy process

Pick up at the airport and drop off were all very quick and efficient. staff were great and fast. Expect an upsell for the insurance. Car was great (we got an I30). Should ensure you know where the petrol stations are before dropping car back as the closest ones are a couple of kilometers away! It wasn't until we got our confirmation email that we understood that picking up the car was going to be 6km away and that we would have to catch a free shuttle bus from the airport. This would have been good to know upfront at the time of booking. Whilst it wasn't inconvenient it was a surprise. It is better business practice to disclose the company you are hiring from too, Overall we had no issues with our transaction.

The car was amazing and the front staff were great

From the very beginning to end. our experience was perfect. The ladies at Apex Brisbane were very hospitable and professional. Picking us up from the airport in a very clean and tidy van, paper work was quick and easy. We felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to family and friends as well. Everything was superb

I arranged for a hire car for one of our members but when he went to pick it up they said I had to be there he was in Brisbane and I was in Perth so that could not happen, I am now trying to get my money back.

You charged for a car I never hired

After drop off they sent me an email saying their was damage to the vehicle and that they were going to make a claim however when questioned they then changed their mind due to the information on file.

Return the tank full and they try to pretend that it isn’t. Have to deal with customer service who also wastes your time.

Kayak needed better communication as europcar had wrong order in system when we checked was not as advertised but quickly sorted in for us. Guy was helpful

Price I was quoted ended up being different on check in

The counter staff were very helpful & friendly. The inside of the car was not fully detailed with there being rubbish left under the seats & a sticky residue all over the middle console which I had to clean myself.

More friendly service when we dropped off the car. One of the staff was unfriendly to customers when we entered the place. The bus driver dropped us off at the wrong airport terminal. When he dropped us off we thought we were at the international terminal, but we did not realize we were dropped off at the domestic airport. He did not tell us. I really think Alpha Car Rental staff need to be more helpful and friendly to foreign customers who are not familiar to Brisbane.
