The agent confirmed she would remain there beyond the usual closing time if my flight arrived later. She was extremely nice and did not try to push additional options. I received better vehicle than expected. The agency and the vehicle were at the terminal.

Everything was great....people and product...except one issue...and it was a safety issue....the tires on the vehicle were worn past the point of being safe and needed to be replaced badly. I was quite surprised....eveything else with the experience was fantastic!

I was sitting at the Philadelphia airport waiting for my flight when I received a call from Avis telling me that they would be closed when I arrived at 9:48 from Chicago. I live in a remote rural area, and was completely stranded in Duluth. It seems to me that

It seems to me that if you have a car rental, someone should stay at the desk until the last flight comes in. The later, the more urgent this is.

Alexa is the branch manager in Duluth at Central Entrance. She was extremely helpful in a very busy time. I was stuck with a car that just didn't work for us, and she was able to move things around to enable myself and my kids to make it back to Minneapolis to catch our flight. outstanding customer service. Very efficient as well.

Easy to reserve on line.

Showed up & they wanted an additional amount for the rental as well as a deposit. Nothing is mentioned about this hen you te reserve on-line about additional fees or deposits. This was a nonairport Location. So t rent at this location again.

Great staff at Enterprise in Duluth. Very accommodating staff. Will use again in the future.

The car would chug when you are starting to accelerate after being at a stoplight. When I returned the car I let them know of the problem only to find out it is a feature on the car for emissions/fuel economy? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

I was greeted warmly right away, and taken care of immediately. When I needed to extend my rental, it was handed very easily over the phone. When I brought the rental back, I was given a driver immediately to take me over to the repair shop where my vehicle was.

Very comfortable vehicle, easy to pick up and drop off. Would have appreciated a bit of help with controls, especially cruise control. No manual in the car so I couldn't look it up for help. Staff, though sympathetic, did not know how to help. On a long road trip, cruise is definitely appreciated! I couldn't get it to come on for 1/2 of first day, then it did come on, but I don't know why. On return trip, I assumed it would work. Wrong. Again, 1/2 way without, then it decided to work. Does it only work when the car is "warmed up" for 5 hours?

I made my reservation online to rent a car on 1/30/2017 and bought the auto insurance to go with it. The charge of $45 was billed immediately and I was to pay for the car when I checked in. He told me I couldn't get the car bc I didn't have a Credit Card in my name...I was upset bc I've never been denied a rental before and it was a huge inconvience for me. I didn't complain, and went on my way. However, the insurance charge is still showing on my account and was never reversed at time of check in. I asked the employee who worked front desk, but he said he couldn't help me. How do I go about getting these charged reversed? Thank you for your time, Holly Thomas

No economy available, was given a Ford Focus (which has terrible visibility). Also wish there was a pick-up and drop-off downtown rather than only the airport option.
