Cheap Car Rentals in Nord, Hamburg

All good

We rented from the airport in Hamburg and our car was very clean, comfortable, and fully loaded with options, despite booking an economy car. This was a very different experience than the car we received from Europcar at the Munich airport, which came dirty, with a low tire pressure light on, and was the most basic modern car I've ever driven. I paid nearly the same rate for both.

I had a reservation for a compact car at 16:00. Flight was delayed so arrived 20:00 at the counter and was told they only hold cars for 1 hour past reservation time(at an airport rental office where flight delays are not uncommon?). Had to take a larger vehicle and was charged for the difference...

Car not ready on time.

Got different car and paid higher price than agreed on.
